I've really enjoyed Elizabeth's postnatal yoga classes and they are one of the things I will miss most from maternity leave. After first trying other postnatal classes in the area, I knew to expect a supportive and baby-centric environment but what sets her classes apart is her super easy-to-follow instruction and the perfect choice of moves for the physical demands of being a new mom. Especially valuable for me has been the help with posture and baby lifting/carrying positions. Each class left me feeling limber and rejuvenated. The bonus on top of all that has been the wonderful sense of community that developed with the other moms in the class. These classes have been the perfect weekly "me" time and I only wish I found them earlier in my maternity leave.

Elizabeth is an amazing teacher. She uses humor, gives options for different levels, and challenges and rewards her students. Her cues are clear and concise. She will often stand next to a student who needs assistance and do the pose alongside of them, which is a nice way of adjusting and offering support. I think the thing I appreciate so much about her is that she is there for her students, she is not just about showing off what poses she can do. Her experience, relaxed nature, and class themes make her a great instructor.

I just want to say thanks so much for all of the invaluable insight into the importance of taking care of myself during this pregnancy. Your class has truly been one of the highlights of the past several months! I feel confident that the positions and techniques you've taught will be very helpful during labor and I'm looking forward to using them.

Took prenatal yoga class with Elizabeth on Thursday nights, and it became a real community of fellow pregnant ladies! Elizabeth is a gem and her class is a combo of yoga and sharing about one's pregnancy experiences. She has a lovely way about her - non judgmental, encouraging and funny.

Elizabeth taught an after-work yoga class at our office. At the end of a busy day, it was a great chance to mentally regroup while getting some exercise. Elizabeth seamlessly tailored the class to meet the diverse needs of participants - we had newbies and yogis alike - making it a great experience for everyone. We can't wait to have her back!

Taking prenatal yoga was hands down one of my favorite parts of my pregnancy. The wall-sits truly did come in handy during labor. With each contraction, I could hear Elizabeth's voice saying "remember, if this was a real contraction, it would be getting easier over the course of a minute!" In addition to the physical benefits of the yoga, I also benefitted so much from the support, community, and resources shared in class. It only hit me recently that the class was so much more than a yoga class; it was one of the best childbirth education classes I took during my pregnancy! Many thanks to Elizabeth and to all you ladies! I am looking forward to starting postnatal yoga in a few weeks.
